Join the walking movement to take steps towards a healthier you! Walk with a Doc is a FREE walking program sponsored by Grace Clinic Delaware and the Delaware General Health District for people of all ages who want to get moving to build and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

We invite you to walk with us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at Mingo Rec Center. We will meet at 10am!
