What you can expect from our clinics:
Grace Clinics of Ohio, Inc. is an organization of free medical clinics for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our mission is to love God and love people while using medicine as a vehicle to share the gift God gave us in Jesus. To those who would otherwise not have access to basic, sound, quality medical care, our medical staff will provide that care needed in a loving, compassionate, non-threatening way. The patient’s illness will be addressed by considering their physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and social needs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide prenatal care, casting, psychiatric services, substance abuse treatment, or any acute condition that requires formal emergency care.

Current Specialists
Prescription Assistance:
Our clinics stock most medications that are prescribed by Grace Clinic physicians and are free to our patients. If the medication is needed that is not in stock, assistance may be available.
Prayer: Our prayer encouragers would love the opportunity to pray with you before, during, or after your medical visit.

New patients are asked to fill out a new patient form at the clinic. If you wish to complete this ahead of time, please print out the form below.
