Kay Melching

Executive Director

Kay Melching, MSA, RN, AACA, is a registered nurse who brings 40 years of administrative and nursing experience to Grace Clinics of Ohio. Kay began at Grace Clinics Delaware as a volunteer. She soon became a staff nurse, and in 2023 became the executive director. Kay’s heart for mission work grew after she experienced the joy and satisfaction of serving on several mission trips with her church.

Kay attends Discover Christian Church in Dublin, Ohio and lives in Powell with her spouse Lindsey who can often be found graciously completing maintenance work at the various clinics.
